Ryan McNeice grew up in the Spokane Valley, graduating from University High School in 1993. He then attended Washington State University earning a degree in Finance, with international emphasis, from the Honors College in 1997 and met his wife, Sarah, at Washington State in the spring of 1994. Ryan attended a study abroad program at London Guildhall University in London, England in 1996.
Ryan is a co-founder of the commercial finance and leasing company, Intermountain Leasing (1996-present). While managing Intermountain Leasing, Ryan attended Gonzaga University School of Business where he received an MBA in 2004, and also attended Gonzaga University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2005.
Ryan opened the Law Office of Ryan McNeice at our current location in the Spokane Valley in 2005. Subsequently, Becki Wheeler joined the McNeice Law Office and ultimately became a partner at McNeice Wheeler, PLLC.
Ryan is licensed to practice in both Washington and Idaho, as well as the tribal court for the Coeur d'Alene Nation. He is also a member of the Spokane Bar Association as well as the Washington and Idaho Bar Associations.
Ryan is active in the community where he currently is a member of the Gonzaga Law School Board of Advisors, past board member of ValleyFest and the HUB Sports complex. Ryan is a member of the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and Priest Lake Chamber of Commerce and recently accepted an appointment as General Counsel for the Spokane Valley Chamber for a three year term.
McNeice Wheeler continues to be a supporter of the Angel Ball Foundation, Pink Shamrock Foundation, Central Valley School District Literacy, University High School athletics, The Washington Scholarship Foundation/Children's Miracle Network, MS-Ride for the Cure and the Priest Lake Lion's Club.
